I’m Gina Sears, REALTOR® with RE/MAX ELITE, proudly serving buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords throughout the Rio Grande Valley. In addition to being a licensed REALTOR®, I have been a real estate investor and Managing Member of Landshark Real Estate Investments LLC since 2017, with hands-on experience purchasing, renovating, flipping, and managing single-family and multifamily properties, as well as short- and long-term rentals.
Before real estate, I spent many years as a Registered Nurse and business owner, experiences that taught me the importance of listening, communicating clearly, paying attention to details, and advocating for the people who place their trust in me. Those same qualities are now at the heart of how I serve my real estate clients.
I hold the ABR®, SRS®, MRP®, e-PRO® and GRI® designations, reflecting my commitment to continued education and providing knowledgeable, professional representation. I’m also honored to have earned the RE/MAX 100% Club Award.
